Please distribute this to the City Council for the upcoming meeting regarding Community Block Grants.

Citizens Oversight has carefully reviewed grants to the EAST COUNTY TRANSITIONAL LIVING CENTER and we object to any further grants to this religious organization. Furthermore, the organization should reimburse grants that were improperly applied to religious purposes.
