Overview

The East County Transitional Living Center (ECTLC) is a center that provides transitional living opportunities for homeless persons. They get a lot of their money from Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) with federal money coming from HUD.

From tour in 2015:
  • South units:
    • 267 - 258 = single women's units - religion unknown
    • 257 - 240 = unknown inhabitants - religion unknown
  • North units:
    • Office wing = Christian units and administrative area
    • Adjacent rectangle, both floors = Christian family units and Christian administrative area
