4th and Broadway This is a common location for demonstrations, and is not actually in the Horton Plaza shopping center, but in the Horton Plaza park on the corner of Broadway and 4th Ave. Parking is available in the Horton Plaza shopping center if you purchase something in the mall. I recommend the convenience store with doors next to the Lyceum theater. I usually buy a water there to get the parking voucher.
