Since the recall election was completed on Dec. 11, and the Registrar of Voters finalized the result earlier in the day, the newly elected ... all » Potrero Planning group took their seats. Because the agenda was prepared by the former planning group chair, Gordon Hammers, and it is required by the Brown Act that the agenda be set and posted 72-hours prior to the meeting, it was not possible to change the agenda so that the Blackwater West project could be included.

The new members were sworn-in, public comment accepted, and the business that was on the agenda processed.
