Hassoon Vs Xe
This case relates to Sabah Salman Hassoon and two others who were shot by Xe-Blackwater on February 7, 2007 as they worked as security guards at the rear gate of the Iraqi Media Network compound in central Baghdad. Approximately twenty Xe-Blackwater employees witnessed the crimes but Blackwater-Xe did nothing to report the shootings.- Filed 2009-04-01.
