Dear Mr. Lutz: Please accept this as a formal response to your May 15, 2014 letter requesting information related to the upcoming 1% Manual Tally for the June 3, 2014 Gubernatorial Primary Election. **I, II & III Snapshot CD, Witness Precinct Selection and Witness 1% Manual Tally Process** It is a general practice that we provide/post unofficial precinct-level election returns the Thursday after Election Day, however, we will make an exception in this case in order for you to receive the information in advance of the 1% selection of precincts. The file will be in a text file format similar to those we post on our website. Below are examples of precinct-level election return text files: (Presidential Primary Election - June 5, 2012) (40th State Senate Special Vacancy Election -- March 12, 2013) You may pick up the file on Wednesday, June 4, preceding the public 1% Precinct Selection to be held at noon. You may find other details regarding the publically observable 1% Manual Tally from our notice posted here. **IV. Manual Tally Report** The final 1% Manual Tally Report will be made publically available. I would kindly ask that you make a request after it has been completed.
