2018 Primary random selection meeting in San Diego. This is a critical meeting which should be video recorded if possible so others can review and analyze their procedures. The big problem in San Diego: They exclude about 220,000 ballots from the 1% Manual Tally Audit, and they break protocol for all VBM ballots because they can provide no computer report prior to the random draw. We need volunteers to help with the top 24 counties in CA, which comprises 92% of the vote and part of every congressional district. Some counties do not select randomly (Sacramento) and others have been choosing them two months before the election (Fresno). This are self-conducted audits. To be of any value, the audited precincts / batches should be chosen RANDOMLY and only AFTER the frozen computer results are published, broken down so the chosen samples can be compared with that part of the computer report.
