- Consensus - APPROVED.
- Reports -- Rec Dept.
- Have a lot of infrastructure already
- Will probably open the front of ECPAC
- Bob Jasak - Musical tribute to each decade performers in costume
- Three levels of possibility -- 1) In front of ECPAC, 2) Inside Lobby, 3) Acts on Stage
- City Wants to help with the Gala.

- Need financial model
- Need to build large email database
- CCT was supposed to turn over all their contacts
- Committees Document -- APPROVED WITH CHANGES
- Reviewed this extensively in the meeting with many good comments
- Need to add PR Cte in Marketing and Audit Cte in Finance.
- Strategy with County, City, etc.
- El Cajon City council tomorrow -- talk about prior events at the theater
- Meet separately with Diane Jacob, letter already written.
- Written Petition -- Need to have this available at all meetings.
- Gala Committee / Centennial Celebration
- When is the Gala to occur
- Can't do it before Centennial.
- Need to target 2013/14 season as first open season.
- Next spring is likely target, June at the latest.

- Need potential new names

Two events proposed, two main parts in each:
- Power Point slide show describing our vision for ECPAC
- Request for people to step forward and help fill in committee roles
* meeting 1 -- August 13 -- invite everybody on main list of 47 + as many stakeholders as possible. * Meeting 2 -- Sept ?? -- Second round with more people invited.
