S-Video Cable
Audio RCA to 1/4" Phono cables (pair)
Power extension cord and power strip or three-way outlet.
Two milk crates and drape to put projector on.
Tape to secure cables for safety.
Black-out drapes
DVD to be shown (Very important!)
Administration
Invites for current video (hand out in lobby)
Sign-in sheet
Club Brochures
Invites for the next video
Banner
Poster of current video
Easel for poster.
Club business cards
Donation Box
Election Materials
Voter Registration Forms
Voter Guides
Other election promo materials
Refreshments
Water bottles, two cases per screening
Popcorn, cookies, etc.
Setup Procedure
Place easel outside facility prior to doors opening. (No soliciting!)
Reposition easel inside the doors and just as you walk into the library after it opens.
Task 1: Speakers/wires
Two tables at front of room and set speakers on them.
Drape wires from speakers down center isle
Install extension speaker cables to the rear
Plug in speaker cables, note left/right.
Tape over wires to ensure no tripping.
Task 2: A/V
Amplifier and DVD player - Setup.
Set up Projector.
Task 3: Room
Install black-out curtains.
Membership (sign-in) Table in position.
Snack Table Setup.
Information table setup.
Chairs setup.
