Friends of the Earth announced their petition filed to allow them to confront Southern California Edison regarding the redesign of the steam generators at San Onofre in violation of the 50.59 "form fit and function" rule.

The man behind the speakers with the "Hydrogen Boron Fusion" sign is the stepfather of one of the designers of the steam generators and has apparently been sent as a distraction.
