Christine, Mike Russell, and I made it for the Nov 15 VBM batch random number draw. Michael Vu said he would send Ray the procedures for the 1% audit within about a week. We were told that the batches represented the VBMs processed til 11/15. We expressed disagreement that this met requirements. I told Michael Vu that we would probably request to redo this draw once the total number of batches is known- which he says they won't know until all the ballots are processed. Do the provisionals end up in the batches? So I presume Ray will be asking to be notified when all the remaining ballots have been batched so the draw can then be done with the entire bunch.
