Pursuant to the Board's request, recommend approval of formation of a task force to explore a firing range for the Policy Academy, to be utilized by regional community colleges; and further, appoint a Board representative to serve on the task force. The goal of this task force is to find an alternative to using the Blackwater-Xe facility, see BlackwaterOtay and BlackwaterInSouthwesternCollege.
