On Oct 25, 2006, we received a package from the City Attorney detailing the invoices from Video-Technics, operated by Thomas F. Black (Vendor # 10057). We note that Tom Black is a candidate for office this year. Video Technics uses unnumbered invoices!

On these invoices, there are frequently charges for DVD copies ($15 ea) and special recording of the planning commission (24 July 2006). It does not appear that this $420 is used for random support functions.
I don't know why there are several missing months.
The Videos have been "Pulled" as of Oct 3, 2006. This should be reflected in a lower invoice from Tom Black's firm in the October invoice. They have historically been received on the 24th of the month, or there abouts. It will be interesting to see if invoiced amount has dropped by $420, and if not, why not. If something is no longer being done by this firm, don't we save money?
