New Audit Topic

• Topic name should be like Audit_YYYY_MM_ST_District where:
  • ST is the two-character state abbreviation, such as "CA" for California
  • District is the name of the district in the given state, such as SanDiego, ElDorado, etc. See All Election Districts for the list
  • YYYY is the full year of the election
  • MM is the month of the election, like 06 for June and 11 for November.
  • Example: Audit_2016_06_CA_SanDiego (Please avoid spaces!)
