Last Month, I had contact with a fellow who had possession of a business plan of for the WindZero facility. I asked him to copy out some pages and email them, but he never did. (I should have copied them on the spot).

Here is the information I wrote in my notebook:

Anonymous Review of Wind Zero

• AnonymousInfoOnWindZero.pdf: Anonymous review of WindZero presentation. This was sent to the offices of Citizens' Oversight Projects from Washington D.C., apparently sent on August 9th, 2007. This was after Brian Bonfiglio had said that Blackwater would not be represented at the ParamilitaryTrainingCampsForum. (He went on to attempt to get everyone else to not attend the meeting.) You can make your own decision, but it seems that perhaps this is an attempt to undercut the position of Wind Zero by Blackwater. I did not scan the last few pages as they included company private data. It was suggested that the document could be a booby trap, attempting to get CitizensOversight in trouble if we distributed that information. WindZero was consulted and only "public" data was distributed. CitizensOversight did not approve or cooperate in any way in terms of providing the video, and the comments in the document are those of the anonymous reviewer with no connection to CitizensOversight.

• 23 Jun 2007 - Presentation to Octotillo-Nomirage Community Council meeting (video available).
• 26 Jan 2010 - Name changed to "Coyote Wells" and Draft EIR circulated for comment. Deadline is March 29 , 2010
• 13 Dec 2010 - Imperial County Board of Supervisors approved the project on 4-1 vote.
• 08 May 2012 - Project approval rescinded by Imperial County BOS.
