Event Web Discussion

The purpose of this topic is to discuss the structure of how we handle events. Many fields are duplicates from other records, or at least should be, and should be extracted from those records for reports.

    • May need to add a Media Type as "Presentation" if it is not a video.

Can we use Media Form topics for live presentations? (YES).

• Some fields are appropriate: Title, Author (speaker), Keywords, Media Type, Media Group
• Add Public Access Program to Media Group.
• Live presentation may also be recorded. In that case, simply fill in media link field with recording.
• Need to know if we have the video on tape suitable for Cox (or others). * Media Formats: Internet, Tape Mini DV, Tape Beta Cam SP, DVD, Tapedot75
• PASubmitter Name
