I spoke with you I believe on Monday regarding the Form 410 that you provided with the community room application. The reason why there were questions regarding the reservation is that library policy states that to use a library meeting room for free, a 501(c)(3) certificate is required to show non-profit status and you provided a California Form 410, which is a Statement of Organization, and I needed to find out whether or not payment would be required for use of the room. Your organization does have the room reserved on Sunday, January 4th from 1pm to 4:30pm and my phone call to you yesterday was to confirm that there would not be any payment required to use the room. I apologize for the delay. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.
