NewContact -- Create a new Contact topic

Contact topics are used to identify publishers, authors, talk-show hosts, etc.

You should choose a System.WikiWord name that will be easy to remember so it can be included as the Publisher or Author in NewsMedia topics.

Each should have a separate topic, and if the Author/Reporter/Activist works only for a given publisher/organization, list that as a System.WikiWord in the Organization field OR an identical string as the Organization field as is used in the publisher contact record (Like "San Diego Union Tribune").

Examples:

JeremyScahill - Author/Reporter
UnionTribune - Publisher

For a publisher, use a WikiWord here, and then a Literal name in the Organization field (not a System.WikiWord -- Like "San Diego Union Tribune")
