After eight years of closure, the ECPAC theater may get a new theater manager. Ray Lutz commented, "Wondering if Live Nation can run the ECPAC theater is like wondering if Starbucks can run a coffee shop. They are the top dog and will do wonders for the East County!" It looks like it will be a couple more years before it actually opens, however.
