- Roads close at 9am. Should get there at 8:45 and drop off, then park before 9am.
- Would like to get two new canopies from Dick's sporting goods with protruding shade.
- SCHEDULE:
- Pack the van the day before.
- Leave home base at 8:00. Pick up Arthur on the way. Arrive at Prado area by 8:45.
- Drop off stuff at the exhibit area, park car. Arthur staffs the booth during that time.
- VOLUNTEERING SLOTS are set to be 3 hours each.

- Need snacks for workers, water.
- This year, we tried having a screening area where people could sit and watch some of the film about healthcare. This was unsuccessful.
