On my way to LA, I called Santa Clara Registrar's office to confirm the time of the random drawing (11:00 am). At that time, I was able to video the drawing which was done on computer. The three videos are in attachment. There, were Shannon Bushey, Administrator (the tall female); Philip Chantri, Media Officer (the Caucasian male), George Hiu who was on the computer doing the drawing, and Alfred Gonzalez, Election Division Coordinator who was explaining the results to Bushey and Chantri.
First, I asked for the snap shot. Mrs. Bushey told me that it would not be ready until they read all the ballots (12/5/16). After they told me that the random drawing was done on a computer, I insisted to know if this system was approved by the Secretary of State. I confirmed this in Video #1, and it is Philip Chantri who answered my request https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dwh57H5fkDo IMG 1234. In Video #2 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4f8MuzJSY1s IMG 1230, you can see the random draw itself. In Video #3 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e7Rd2fCSlnA, it is explained the results.

As for the result, I made a picture of the computer desk (image #1). The other four photos are of the result, One percent Random Sample, which includes: the Random Precincts, the Contests not represented in Random Precincts, the Measures not represented in Random Precincts, and the Clean-Up Precincts (additional precincts generated by the system to make the 34 precincts required).
