Notes

Here, the tally team is finishing up a single precinct they started the day before.
At offset 20min, they complete the reading and tallying part, and begin to total up and compare the tally sheets.
At offset 48min, the supervisor comes over and they begin the process of checking the totals with the computer report.
Total time on this precinct was about 5 hours (estimated).
