I am concerned about the DESIGN LIFE of the storage system being only 40 years and the thin, single-wall canisters being used. Please make sure the underground vaults are big enough to allow for a second enclosing canister and please make sure the system meets the HELMS criteria, including 1,000 year design life, 7/24 monitoring, and plans for hardened facility.
